RCSC now accepts online assessment payments
Starting immediately, Sun City property owners can pay their annual property assessment online at the Recreation Centers of Sun City, Inc. website. The new online payment system allows Owners to pay their property assessments with Visa, MasterCard or electronic check, which deducts your payment right from your checking account.
To make a payment, Owners can visit www.sunaz.com and click on the “Pay Online Now” button on the bottom left-hand side of the homepage. Clicking on the button will take Owners to a secure payment page where they can register with PayLease, the provider for the online payment service. Once registered, Owners can login and make their payment.
